Delivery & Returns
Postage
Within the UK and until 31 December 2020 we will send your Blue Mongoose order by First Class post – free of postage. Please allow 3-4 working days for delivery.
We are also happy to ship overseas – please allow an additional £10 for overseas packaging and delivery.
Gift Wrap
Also until 31 December we will include free seasonal gift wrapping, tied with a bow, and your personalised message enclosed on a gift card. Please choose this option at checkout and give the text of your message.
Returning or exchanging
If you are not happy with your Blue Mongoose product, please contact us, telling us how you think we can make our product even better. We will be happy to to exchange an item or give you a full refund if it is returned within 14 days of receipt in the same condition in which you received it. We will not be able to accept items if they have been worn, damaged or washed. Please allow a maximum of 28 days from receipt of returns for the issue of a refund.
We would ask you to send goods back by recorded delivery as they remain your responsibility until received by us. Postal costs cannot be refunded for returning items, but exchanged items will be sent back to you free of postage costs.
